JOURNEYS' Board of Directors are each individually selected to serve on the Board for the following intentions: 1) Historical commitment and involvement with children, children's issues, related community events public relations and organizations 2) Personal and/or professional experience with foster youth 3) Demonstrated professional expertise and knowledge of child abuse, child welfare and foster care related issues.

JOURNEYS, Inc., CPS is a private nonprofit 501(C)3 child placement agency; licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division.  We provide safe and nurturing foster homes for children through service contracts with numerous Colorado County Departments of Social Services.
